How is the minimium time i have to wait for doing PRP, mesotherapy and stem cells after hair transplant?

Well it have been 2 week since my hair transplant and i want to go all in.
To make the new hair stronger but mostly for all miniaturized and weak native hair.

well all information much appreciated

currently 1mg finasteride everday
5mg oral minoxidil everyday
(both havent work and have been a while)
just added 2 times a week dutasteride
