How important is it to take finasteride the same time everyday?

Just curious if it is absolutely necessary to take it the same time everyday because I do not. I take propecia everyday when I wake up but I wake up at different times everyday. Some days I wake up at 6am and some days I don't wake up until noon, and if its the weekend I typically don't wake up before 3. Will this make the propecia less effective? thanks

Well for one, you really shouldn't be sleeping until three...that's probably unhealthy for you. Anyways, I just take my pill at 10PM every night. Someone here told me the effects of finasteride are less potent at night but I think it's a trade off for consistency.

I've been extremely erratic when it comes to taking finasteride. Yet, I've had nothing but success. As long as you take it everyday I don't think it matters.
