What do you think? Hair transplant or did his hair loss just stop?

If you google pictures of him over the last twenty years his hair has barely changed?

Can hair loss just slow down to where you only lose a norwood scale every ten-twenty years?

It may be all he was ever "destined" to end up. Or he might be using treatments.

I hope I never go past a NW3. I think it looks fine at his age.

Does anyone else thinks it looks ok at just a nw3 after 40?

My dad stayed a NW3 till his mid 50's. Now he's NW3 vertex.

Then there is hope because I can see myself affording a hair transplant for at least three or four years.

At 21 I started receding and by 29 i'm almost a nw3. That's taken 8 years. Hopefully It will slow down now.

that's a very, very risky bet my friend. You may end up like me, hair transplant and losing everything around it. Best to get on medication and have more certainty you will keep what you have. :)

Buckthorn, I tried finasteride for a year but it didn't stop my slow hair loss. I'm probably doing better since I stopped it.

I've seen how hair transplants work. If you just have the front done then in five or ten years you will need the middle and crown doing as well.

If I get the front done then like you I will have to commit to getting the rest done at some point.
