How Effective Is A Derma Roller On Its Own?

1. Is it possible to get regrowth with a Dermaroller on its own? ( I have very slow recession in the temples of my hairline )

2. What is the BEST Dermaroller for hairloss, I have no idea what length etc is the ideal.

3. Is there any side effects? How do you clean and sterilise the Dermaroller before use? Cheers.

1. Yes, if you check out some of my threads, I've regrown my temple hair and hairline with a derma roller.
2. It's best to use 0.5mm
3. Just some bleeding after a couple of uses, but your skin will toughen up. You soak it in rubbing alcohol for 10 minutes and wash it off with water.
