Hey all. I'm trying to figure out how to make my thinning/receding hair look a little bit better. While I have longer hair on the top (4 inches maybe) than on the sides, and have relatively good coverage on top, it seems that any amount of wind makes the hair on the top come out of place and become very frizzy looking (each of the individual strands seem to all be separated instead of together). At the same time, the hair does seem to be oily, so I'm not sure if its a hydration issue. I use liquid minoxidil on top so I wonder if the alcohol in fact is making the hair drier, even though it feels oily even after washing hair with water (on days when I'm not using nizoral).
Does anyone use any specific products, showering routines, or something else to make thinning hair less frizzy and more cooperative?
