How do you use spironolactone?

I was thinking about adding it in to my regiment since my only concerns are hairline and temple. Just wanted to ask when you would apply it? Theres a day and night version you can get. Would it be fine just doing a night version? and would you apply it b4 or after min?

I recommend just the day version and wash it out before you go to bed. If you put on the night cream it will get on your pillow and it will get on your face (and maybe on your mouth and eyes). If you are sensitive to caffeine then buy the night version and put it on during the day.

And always after min, let min dry for 20 mins or 5 mins for foam. Massage it in well and wash your hands. One jar will do you 2 months or more, use it once or twice a day every day and if you buy more than one jar keep it in the fridge and keep it sealed.
