I'm wondering where you live. The same temperature can be terrible and bearable in different regions. I have a maritime climate so I don't experience much stress in the summer - the wind solves the problem) The only thing to remember is sun protection. I have a special cream for exposed parts of the body with a high SPF. I also bought wide glasses from the catalog for designer glasses for men (Ocuwear). I never go outside without glasses. And the last thing is the hair. It is better to wear something like a hat, especially if you have a wig or system.
