How do you fix androgen receptor up regulation?

I heard about your androgen receptor becoming hyper sensitive after being on finasteride or dutasteride. Or anything that lowers testosterone and dht like anti androgens causing more hairloss instead of regeneration. How can that upregulation get reset back to normal? Like it was before introducing the drugs. Do you stop all medications possibly even the anti dht like finasteride or dutasteride?

It can't, possibly stopping works I suppose.

Cosmerna theoretically could have worked to prevent this, but as usual, it was a scam that didn't work so we have nothing. Maybe RU will help.

RU, Pyrilutamide.. topicals do little to nothing by themselves.. Because if a eunuch is bald & becomes a eunuch his hair doesn’t typically grow back. Something is missing
