How do you dry your hair?

I usually pat it dry with my towel and then blow dry it on cold, no hot air. Is this safe for hairloss?

Unless you're rubbing your head like you're sanding wood, or holding the dryer on hot 1cm from your scalp, I don't think it matters.

Yeah that's right, pat dry your head, don't rub it dry as this splits the hair

I dont even towel dry, I just let it naturally dry in the air...
