Hey follicle fighters!!

First off I would like to express my gratitude for this forum. I thank all the hair loss veterans for helping my out on other threads. This forum rocks!

I am using a good amount of Minoxidl and other topicals.
5% foam regaine in morning + topical spironolactone.
15% minoxidl and topical finasteride at night + topical spironolactone.

My scalp is looking a little dry and I dont want my regimen to be actually harming my hair and inhibiting hair growth. I have just done 3175 graft fronta FUE and dont want to harm my new grafts. I dont apply minoxidil on this area but its still looking dry.
I dont really care about sides that dont effect hair but dry scalp does I think. How can we combat this? Moisturise scalp? Use aloe vera gel on scalp?
What do others suggest I do so I can keep my regimen sustainable and my scalp healthy.

Cheers! Pics attached :)

You should definitely be using a hair loss friendly shampoo! I use lipogaine and that really helps because it is made for hair loss and also keeps my scalp very moist. Make sure your circulation is adequate too, this helps a lot with scalp health because oxygen and nutrients are delivered.

I have the same concerns. I've been using minoxidil for over a decade now (start really young at 19). I had a lot of dandruff in the beginning that has subsided. I really wonder if the alcohol and propylene Glycol has actually done more damaged on my hair. I'm starting to have odd hairloss. I've had only little recession but really thin in the crown and now behind the hairline. I start applying minoxidil behind my hairline about 6 months ago and now I feel like it's thinner than ever and the hair won't grow long anymore.... they're only about 3/4 of an inch long.
Anyone else have a similar experience?
