So I noticed the guy in this (
) got a pretty good hairsystem which did a good job in hiding his temple recession. But the problem with this system was its a custom system, when I get a system Custom will definitely not be on the table. So my question is with a stock system do they also measure out the scalp like that or can cut it in a way that and can give a pretty similar hairlines? Or does it really depend on the salon? All help is appreciated!

1. Why no to a custom system? They are indeed available.

2. The base of a premade system can be cut to fit, best to order one the closest to the size of your shaved (balding) area for best fit.

3. A well-made premade system will have most of the components of a custom one. Graduated hairline, bleached knots, etc.

4. The hairline on a premade system can be modified, but remember you might only have about 1" to play with, and you don't want to cut too much of it off.

5. Going to a skilled stylist is always preferable to an unskilled one.

Aren't day a decent bit more expensive? That's mainly my problem. I do go to India a lot tho so maybe a custom one from there?
