How Do I Test To See If My Minoxidil Is Legit?

I recently bought dual-gen 15 which claims to have a 15% minoxidil concentration. Does anyone know of a way where I could test to see if the minoxidil concentration I have is the legit 15% that the bottle claims? I suspect I've been scammed and it may be 5%
