How Do I Lower My Hairline And Regain Some Of My Temples Without A Hair Transplant?

I'm too broke to afford a hair transplant so I need alternatives in order to regain what I lost. I want at least some of my hair back so I don't have to deal with a huge forehead for the rest of my life.
