I made a liquid viscosity spironolactone formulation that not only has no odor at room temperature, it did not produce any odor at all after subjected to an elevated temperature challenge test (well above body temperature).

One reason that standard hydroalcoholic spironolactone solutions produce a much stronger odor than their cream based counterparts is their high volatility. The other is chemical stability.

After my experimentation is complete, I'll create step-by-step instructions so that anyone can easily prepare his own effective and stable topical spironolactone formulation from pulverized tablets, thus not only creating an optimal formulation, but saving a lot of money too.

The formulations will be made freely available to everyone, including those who dislike me (I can remote detonate them).
