If you want the cheapest solution, which I do not suggest that you following, is this:
Finasteride can be dissolved in organic solvents, that is Alcohol.
So, you can actually break down to dust 15 pills of Proscar, that is 75mg, put the white “dust” in a full bottle of wine and have a 10ml glass every day, after shaking the bottle a bit.

so 10ml = 1mg finasteride
