Well whats the best way to keep estrogen under control

I'd try Dutas/finasteride out, if you get side effects, quit. Don't counter attack with futher hormonal inhibitation.

But surely there is a way to REDUCE estrogen without blocking it 100%

Stay fit, hit the gym, don't eat too much fat/sugar, maybe try DIM. But Tamoxiphen etc. does not seem safe to me.

5th week on Propecia
4th Week on Aromasin (DHT Blocker)

Was taking .12mg~ Aromasin EOD for 3 weeks. Worked like a charm absolutely no sides from both, totally got rid of Gyno sides.

This week I went without 3 days of Aromasin to my surprise sides never came back. So I will be reducing the doses to .12mg~ E3D for Aromasin as I think that is all thats required for me to inhibit just enough estrogen to get me back to normal levels.
So far soo good, dont knock it until you give it a shot.

Blood tests in a few weeks so we'll know exactly what Aromasin has done.

But yeah so far not bad at all
