There's a fine line between high confidence and coming across as a massive prick. I got rejected a few nights back because of this. My hair looked great and I was sporting a leather jacket which everyone loved so my confidence went from a 6 to a 10 with alcohol. It totally backfired and I came across as arrogant and disconnected. Not good.

This, if you're on a regime waiting for a hair transplant keep on it but buzz the hair down to 0, that won't have any affect on the follicles. Looks bad man.

Dude, you're a handsome man! Whether you keep it as it is, buzz it off or opt for a transplant... I don't think you have anything to worry about either way.

HA! That, I swear to God, is my normal resting face without smiling! I had nerve damage in my upper lip from an accident when I was 15 that has caused this...I know, sounds weird, but it's 100% true and something that has always annoyed me. If you look closer, you'll notice some slight crookedness to my mouth. It is from the nerve damage. And no, not offended one little bit at the Zoolander pic! I can laugh at myself pretty easily. I think we all should be able to do that!

Guys, thanks a lot. I'll take all of the advice into consideration, because I know that for the most part, the people that frequent this site are also going through the struggle and are going to give me the real, unfiltered bullshit you need to hear sometimes. And no matter how well-adjusted you are, or how "good looking" you may think you are or are told, the loss of your hair is a bitter pill indeed. I wish nothing but the best for you guys !

Lots of vitamin E oil, moisturizer. Just every night before bed. You don't need very much...just a dab, REALLY rub it in. Also, Extra Virgin olive oil is fantastic. I have to be proactive, the sun and wind is a killer. Thanks for the kind words!
