How Can I Stop My Hair Shedding With Treatments

All treatments I’ve used same to make me shed, I’ve started 2 years ago with a little thinning but I used finasteride and it made me thin out a lot and give me very painful Gyno, I’m using topical finasteride and minoxidil, and have just started ru58841, I’m also using a derma pen, any help appreciated, the first pic is me now and the 2nd is me before treatment (2017) the 3rd is when I had a really bad shed on finasteride

Stop eating pig.. use minoxidil and Sandalore also a dermapen. Castor oil teaspoon 3xweek.. lay off the sugar and fast food!
