all i can say is look out for that hair becoming blonder

eventually the hair will get lighter and lighter
and shorter and shorter

basically called miniaturization

check out your dads hair
you will probably end up like him

well my dad had elvis prisley hair until his 40's until he had a incident and someone dropped hot oil on his head as he works in a restaurant and his scalp got burned up and now hes like a NW6 but that obv wasnt naturally.

My bro is 26 and hes thinning a little on top but still pretty solid

finasteride unfortunately can't halt a maturing hairline like 90% of the time "opinion"
merk even states that is does sh*t for temples

catching male pattern baldness early is great
but no treatments until you need them

thanks dude for the help . when i went to the derm he didnt confirm it, he just said come back and we shall check it up.

idk to be honest i think my hair gets thin when it gets hot n humid. the days its hot as hell in houston like all summer my hair has been then, but all last winter it was amazing n thick and all . so idk thats what i think . when i went to London in the summer n it was cold, my hair was back to being thick n stuff so idk .

i really dont know if i should continue my finasteride or not , just kinda lost here.

could finasteride cause hairloss quickly or something?

humidity and moisture will make your hair look "wet and thin"

finasteride on normal cases will not cause rapid hairloss
very very rarely some get RH reflex-hypoandrandisity (not spelled correct)
which could cause you to loose ground fast

I'm roughly about the same as you dude, as far as thinning goes. And while people take this piss on here saying you're really bad you're actually not.

But I'd start doing something about it now mate, you might only be thinning a little now, but it's bound to get worse, I keep waiting on mine 'getting better' or signs of letting off but in reality the longer I put off treatment the worse it's getting and more severe. I wish I'd started a treatment 7 months ago when I first started noticing that I was losing quite a bit of hair at the temples.

Remember that you will shed hair once you start finasteride, or minoxidil, and that it will be less noticeable the earlier you do it. That said, with my own confidence at an all time low with my worst state of thinning always being now I still keep putting it off. I'm thinking about getting some Spectral DNC or DNC-L though.
