Hello. I am 23 years old and i have been using minoxidil 5% foam for 1 year and I recently started taking 1mg finasteride daily for the past 2 months. No sides so far and before finasteride my sex drive was through the roof and luckily it has calm down since taking it and I no longer have women on my mind 24/7. I have plans that I can focus on now and in the past all I wanted to do was go out and have sex with women ect. You could call that a side effect but I see it as a good thing. My moods has improved too and I am more relaxed and I have a lot more energy than I use to before Finasteride. I have noticed that my temples are starting to get more dense and new baby hairs are growing out in what looks to be a line where my former hairline use to be. If it doesnt improve that much over the coming years. I will get a hair transplant but I dont see that being the case because I seem to be responding to Finasteride really well.
Please rate my hair loss and where I am on the norwood scale. My hair is really short so the temples are not bring covered over by neighbouring hairs.
