Yeah it doesn't look too bad, you appear to be just a diffused thinner, so consider yourself lucky in this respect--at least you should respond well to treatment. Just hit it now with finasteride, and consider minoxidil as well (such as Rogaine Foam).

Very similar to my loss pattern (although I am a bit worse density wise). I would suggest trying one treatment at a time - that way you would be able to tell the efficacy of each one more easily. finasteride is your best and most convienient option, followed by minoxidil and Nizoral shampoo.

Personally finasteride did not work for me, but it does for most....
