I am 24 years old, and have been balding since 17. My left temple receded pretty far back but stayed the same since, and my right is finally starting to catch up.
I have been using minoxidil since 17, since I did not want to start any DHT blocking drugs yet.
The last few months my hair loss started happening again, with my right temple receding quite quickly, leaving a bunch of patchy hairs on my receded area.
I decided to start using finasteride 1mg 3x weekly, and microneedling 1x weekly with a 1.5 mm dermapen.
How bad is the recession currently? Is there hope?
