How Bad Is It? Should I Consider Treatment? M 20

Hello!

What do you think it would be in the Norwood scale? I´d say a 2. Maybe little worse on the left side.
Is my front hair thinning? I am not sure. Did it get worse since last year?(See Picture from 2015 and 2016)
Should I start treatment or should I wait, because I think my hair loss got less.
What are your thoughts?

Your thinning a bit yea. Doesnt look madly agressive. finasteride and minoxidil would work well for you
