How Bad Do You Guys Think Is My Hair Loss?

My bad if the pictures not good. I started finasteride 3.5 months ago and have been on minoxidil for 1.5 months. After starting them I received sheds both after roughly 2 weeks, minoxidil was way worse. I was wondering how bad is the extent of hair loss and is it possible to get some decent thickening at the vertex?

Not bad at all, we pretty much have the same type of hair loss.
