Ive been on finasteride for the past 4 months, hair hasnt gotten better. eo you guys think i should jump on minoxidil? or is my hair still fine?

ur hair looks fine to me, whatever hair is there looks fully terminal and healthy, maybe you never lost any hair in the first place? Even if there was some thinning its certainly not bad.
