Hormonal Profile Change Due To Finasteride Use ?

Theres a lot of mention to how our hormones change as a response to finasteride, with it being documented that there is a rise in both estrogen and test by 15% - which tbh really doesn't sound too bad. However can anyone chime in on whether this is merely an initial reaction (< 1 year) or if these raised levels remain present throughout long term use ?

From what you hear from many 10 year users, they ultimately suffer from quite sufficiently increased estrogen and low test in the long term, resulting in significantly reduced masculinity in the form of strength, sexuel function, well being, muscle mass etc..

Any conclusive data on this subject found by anyone ?

Idk about it, tho i have a question, that low Testosterone condition is reversible once you stop taking finasteride or is it permanent?

Its difficult to say because whatever 'low' test a long term user has is difficult to diagnose because its likely if you're stopping at 40 then your 'low' test would still be in the range of a 40 year old.

However, ultimately you could go on TRT, but a 3-4 week 'cycle' of Clomid could/should bring your test levels back to baseline.
