Hormonal Hair Loss

If you have hair loss do to a hormonal imbalance is there anyway to grow the hair back some after the imbalance has been corrected. Or would any regrowth treatment have to be used for life?

Just a guess, as hormone levels slowly return to normal, hair should improve also...
