Hope for hair regrowth?

now usually when someone says hair loss shampoo, i usually hear an alarm bell ringing in my head
for a topical medicine that is supposed to enter the body, a shampoo is somewhat an ineffective medium because sane people don't hang around with unwashed shampoo around their scalps
with minoxidil for example it hangs around your scalp for hours because of the way you apply it, a shampoo is intended to be rinsed out in minutes if not seconds

besides, i haven't come across any attempt of a clinical trial, if they begin a clinical trial then it'll be a while before it comes to market and might be pretty irrelevant in the future
or if they don't then there is nothing that differentiates this product from other ineffective crap.
