Honestly Confused About My Thinning W/photos

So over the last three months (very recently), I have noticed rapid thinning on certain areas of my head. I have not seen any hair fall out. Not even 1 or two hairs come out when I pull on it most times, yet my hair gone from very thick to super thin within months.

My hairline is not receding at all and has not changed.
I saw a doctor about my thinning and he said it has no signs of male pattern baldness and that it is most likely a diffenciency/stress. I am a very anxious and stressed person with a lot happening in life currently.

These images are all taken within the last week. I don't show very visible signs of balding, yet when I lift my hair in certain areas there is a lot of thinning. The doctor said my hair is very very thin for my age. I am 23.

Also,
My father and his family have a history of baldness, my mothers side does not.
my father has three sons, one is balding, one is not and is nearly 40. one is myself.

Can anybody tell me what Is most likely happening? and what action to take. Im just hoping I wasn't misdiagnosed. I will be getting a blood test next week.

Did the doctor you saw use a microscope on your scalp to identify if there was miniaturisation? This is the only way a doctor can diagnose ΑGΑ/MBP.
