Homemade Topical Finasteride with Pills

I have bunch of pills I won't consume because of side effects.

How can I use them to make my own topical? I was thinking using minoxidil as the vector.

Just crush 6 Fen pills to a powder . Add them to a bottle of minoxidil an shake we'll before every use. Works great for me.
