Homemade 'sports drink'

Here's my latest concoction.


2/3 cup skim milk

1 cup papaya juice papaya juice (papain aids protein digestion??)

4 cups water

dash of salt

5 grams glutamine

2 teaspoons honey


What do you guys drink during your workouts? I need something, I do pretty long sessions.
