Hello,

I am testing a home made cream contaning :

- 5% saw palmetto (DHT blocker)

- 5% arginine (NO booster like minoxidil)

- 3% cayenne pepper (vasodilator)

- 4% caffeine( inhibit the effects of DHT)

- 10% jojoba oil (anti sebum) + lavender essential oil(antiandrogen) + emu oil (anti-inflammatory)

- 72% rosemary water (vasodilator) + aloe vera

Do you know what it would be interesting to add to block DHTb?

Thanks

BUMP

I think i will remove caffeine, there are only in vitro studies, and it's a vasoconstrictor.

I will add tea tree oil, and some essential oil (thyme, cedarwood, grapeseed).

A study by a group of dermatologists in Scotland showed that 44 percent of alopecia patients who were tested experienced new hair growth when they massaged their scalp daily with lavender and other essential oils for seven months.

Two times more effective than topical saw palmetto lotion.

I am thinking about MSM too

Yeah but did they have male pattern baldness or was shaved? It's easy for non male pattern baldness folks to grow hair. It's the male pattern baldness that gets the rest of us.
