Hi everyone.

Its been a long time. I have seen some stuff and I wanted to share. It may or may not be helpful but, I think its worth providing some relief.

I was listening to YouTuber George Bruno. He's been cutting hair for 40yrs. He has a insane beard and head of hair for a man over 60. He mentioned essential oils like rosemary oil for hair.

So, he was saying something about a scalp massage with rosemary oil. I think of it similar to derma rolling which is sourced here.

According to some scientific evidence, rosemary may benefit nerve tissue.

Carnosic acid, an active ingredient in the plant, healed tissue and nerve damage in one study. This ability to heal nerve endings may rejuvenate nerves in the scalp too, in turn possibly restoring hair growth.

More revealing recent studies show that rosemary directly helps protect against hair loss. One 2015 trial pitted the essential oil against minoxidil, commercially known as Rogaine. Both were used on human subjects with androgenetic alopecia (male or female pattern baldness).

Results showed that rosemary essential oil was just as effective a minoxidil. During the process, it helped the side effect of itchy scalp more successfully than minoxidil.

Another study of rosemary leaf extract (different from the essential oil) showed it stimulated hair growth. This occurred when hair loss was triggered by testosterone (as in pattern baldness). This study was performed on mice, however.

Two separate clinical reviews — one from 2010 and one from 2011 — also acknowledge rosemary’s hair growth potential. The former cites a study with successful hair regrowth in people with alopecia who used essential oils. One of these essential oils was rosemary.

I am also cleaning up my diet and lifestyle. I meditate often which lowers stress. I exercise 3x a week and i run. I removed all sugar, gmos, preservatives, and anything containing high fructose corn syrup. I have also began fasting. Its called intermittent fasting. As of now, its 16 hours of fast and 8 hour window i can eat. As of now, i eat from 11am till 6pm. 6pm till 11am I fast. I do look to cut my window to 6hours in the summer. I have dropped weight and my hair is healthier and my skin looks good. My scalp is a lot better. I have seen some improvements in the dandruff whereas my father used tersa tar medication shampoo which is full of chemicals. I have used a conditioner that has no chemicals in it from a holistic store. Its pricey but i like it.

Another thing i do is, i take Epsom sakts bath with essential oils. 10-15 drops of oils. I take cold showers for inflammation.

Lastly I am doing headstand and handstands mostly for exercise but its great for head hair health. It helps get blood to the head.

Finally, a big one is sleep. Its 100% free. I boughg a sleep mask. I bought new bedding, a duvet, Egyptian cotton 1800 thc sheets, new blinds, i darken my room as much as possible, and I dim my phone and tv by 8pm. I bought the book Why we Sleep by Mathew Walker after a JRE podcast 1109. I highly recommend it and the book. Worth every penny.

At the risk of being flamed, i highly suggest that you guys try it. Rosemary is so cheap its nearly free. Handstands can be done against a wall. You can buy a case of Epsom salts for pretty cheap. You can fix your diet.

Im not saying that it makes hair regrow. Not necessarily. I think i am slowly starting to kill the cortisol stress hormone, reducing stress, relief in inflammation, clean eating, and just being happier. I am also dating.

I suspect that male pattern baldness is a multifaceted issue. I think genetics, lifestyle, diet, environment, and a variety of things we likely deem as arbitrary to be the cause.

I love my hair. I look better with it then without. If that tine comes i will cut it. With a great barber, you can do fades, buzz, and or shave it. I recently brought back a favourite style of mine. I am absolutely loving it.

I hope this helps you guys.

I really like natural remedies, I think they are good and working. But I also take some good pills from regular pharmacies. For example, I Buy cialis online often because I have som ED issues, and they work really well for me. I recommend that you try those out too, I am sure that you will like them. Good luck!
