I personally feel that at 18, there may possibly still be some development going on. Who knows if some guys still need that DHT at that time of there life to optimally develop, because they started later. I've seen guys at at 18 still grow inches, and you sure as hell want you organs to follow suit. Going back to the pseudo's, who obviously lived somewhat normal lives, did have developmental problems. But, again some guys are men at 16.
I guess it really come down to the individual, and how confindent they are that propecia will not be detrimental at that stage of their life. And also how badly they want their hair. Tough choice.
