I also feel like I haven’t seen one other post or forum of someone being on finasteride for a good period of time and still having high DHT....

I read a post where a guy was on duta and his dht was like 1000. Guessing he’s slick bald now...

Is it possible to have high systemic blood levels of DHT, but have low levels of DHT local the hair follicles? If that were the case your hair might do well even if your DHT was high. IDK though if its possible and it seems unlikely.

Probably it just doesnt work with your enzymes , theres a low chance that it doesnt bind for some people
