HI I'M NEW PEASE HELP!!!

I am 28 years old and am noticing my hair keeps receeding. Also on the crown of my head I notice it is thinning big time. I have seen some advertisements on e-bay for treatment and then I came here. Can anyone help me get the best thing for me to help regrow what I have lost and stop what I am losing... Before I lose my hair and my cash???

I READ SOME SUCCESS STORIES AND IT SEEMS TO BE PROPECIA IS THE MAIN NAME. I WILL START TAKING THIS... BUT I AM VERY WORRIED ABOUT THE "SHEDDING" OCCURS AND HOW LONG I WILL NEED TO STAY ON THIS... MAYBE I JUST NEED A BETTER SHAMPOO?
CAN ANYONE GIVE ME MORE ANSWERS. I DON'T WANT TO CAUSE MORE PROBLEMS BY TAKING THIS!
