Hi guys, due to my results on my last regimen not being all what i hoped for in over 1 year im going on a new regimen to demolish hairloss but in a convienient way for my lifestyle. So I'll list what will be in my remigen. There are a few things i cant decide on though and i need some help. My goal is to thicken up existing hair, and push my semi terminal hairs to terminal normal hairs and maintain in the long term. Here's my new regimen:

1. Dutasteride - 0.5mg daily

2. Immortals Top 6 + MSM, Dim, Soy Isoflavones, Multi-Vitamin, Fish Oil, Diet with low complex carbs, high protein, high good fat, daily exercise and weight training for general health.

2. Xandrox 15 - applied as soon as i get up and left on scalp for 1 1/2 hours while i do morning exercise/workout on a empty stomach, eat breakfat, then shower. I might aswell take advantage of this time to apply a fast absorbing topical

3. Ell Crannel Alpha - applied right after shower. To turn the Scalp testosterone increased by dutasteride into Estrogen.

4. Prescription Proxiphen - Sometime during the day, afternoon, or night before bed depending on final regimen choice.

5. %5 spironolactone Cream applied at night before bed as last topical

These products above i want to use forsure in my regimen unless i get some better advice.

I need help on deciding between Revivogen followed by %5 spironolactone cream 30 minutes later before bed, or %5 minoxidil with Retin-A followed by Prescription Proxiphen, topped of by a coating of %5 spironolactone before bed. If Revivogen is the better choice over %5 minoxidil with Retin-A at night then i will use Proxiphen sometime duing the day or afternoon. I beleive Proxiphen has helped me so i dont want to drop it. What would be the better choice for me to acheive my goals the Revivogen or %5 minoxidil with Retin A in my regimen?

For the shampoo rotation i was advised this daily rotation - NanoSal Minoxidil, Alpecin, 2% Nizoral, and Nano.

What do you guys think about this rotation? Will it be effective in actually doing anything for my hair as im only using each thing once every 4 days basically instead of using 1 or 2 shampoo's more often?

What do you guys think? If you guys could help me out with advice i would greatly appreciate it as i would like to get my hair looking great with this new regimen and take a break from the boards for a while to keep my mind off of this hairloss crap lol. Thanks!

Sounds expensive, and somewhat of an overkill (like my regimen, lol!)

In any case... I really think that you shouldn't just start off with a huge regimen like this. I would start with the internals, slowly add the topicals one by one, and then change what works and doesn't work out of your regimen.

This is probably the strongest regimen I've ever seen (besides Sublime's natural, liver-killing regimen).

I would ditch the Xandrox 15 for now and stick to using two applications of 5% minoxidil. (15% doesn't necessarily yield better results-- just use the 5%)

Ell Crannel Alpha? What the heck is this? Use topical 2% spironolactone. It's a great, non systemic antiandrogen.

Proxiphen is way too expensive, and I haven't heard all the best remarks about it yet. I would save this for later (if you need it)

Keep the spironolactone 5%. It's amazing stuff.

I'd forget Revivogen, forget the Retin-A, the NanoSal Minoxidil shampoo, and Nano shampoo-- replace this with a bottle of Tricommin, and use it twice daily.

I think you're going to cause a lot of inflammation with the amount of topicals you're putting on. Don't make it so complicated!

This is just my opinion. Goodluck

stax, your regimen is a overkill if your Norwood scale is less than 3.
I suggest that you keep prescription proxiphen (it contains spironolactone) you don't need additional spironolactone.
I would say dutasteride + minoxidil 5 in the AM and prescription proxiphen in the pm (+ minoxidil in the pm) if necessary.
I used to be a big fan of Dr. Lee and his products (Esp. xandrox 5 and xandrox 15).
I have used all of his products (except xandrox 12.5), I strongly believe that minoxidil 5% is enough and others are just waste of time and money.
