First of all many thanks to all who contribute here. I've lurked for a while and learned lots of invaluable info on hairloss. Some of the success stories are quite amazing and whilst I dont expect that level of re-growth I figure I might aswell give it a shot.

Im an NW2.5 id say. Im receeding at the temples and thining on the crown. I just started on nizoral and want to try propecia for a few months before making a decision on Min.

I've just moved to a new town and there arent any doctors willing to take on new patients at the moment. This kind of forces me down the online pharmacy route. Most places require a prescription but I've found this site which doesnt.

http://www.worldcanadianpharacy.com/index.html

Has anyone ever ordered from here? Is the Propecia legit. Or is it impossible for them to supply real propecia without a presciption?

If not this site is there anywhere else you can recommend that supplies to Canada?

Sorry for asking questions which have no doubt been covered before.

Cheers

Well first of all, hi and welcome. Anytime you buy online there is a risk and the best route is always your Doctor. I know you stated your reasons but it is always a risk when buying online.

Thanks.

I've tried every doctor I can concievably get to and not one will take me on as a patient. Imsure over the next few months I'll manage to get registered somewhere but I'd like to get started on Propecia straight away.

I guess ill have to take the risk and see what happens.

Are there any walk-in clinics in your area?

If you can't get a prescription then you could try out pharma-orders.com..... that's where I go. They sell generic brands so it's really cheap, but it is being shipped all the way from Asia so it is a bit risky. However, I've been using that site for a while now and can tell you first hand that their drugs work. There have been instances where my shipment didn't make it to my home though, but they sent another one right away.

Kalbo - thanks I didnt realise the clinics could do that. There's one right next to my apartment. Any idea how it works? I've only used it for urgent care before but im presuming I dont walk upto the triage nurse and say 'hey im going bald get me some help'. Is there a clinic I should look for?

Thanks

You just walk in there and say you need to see a doctor... that's all. Any walk-in clinic would do.

The beauty of going to walk in clinics is that you can see several different doctors, so if one of them denies your prescription, just go to another one and start again. I went to three doctors in different walk-in clinics before I found someone who knew that proscar can be split into 5ths and can be used like propecia. I had to tell the other two that, but even then they didn't recommend it since they presume Proscar is for enlarged prostates only. Ironically enough, it was a lady doctor who knew about proscar and all she did was take a quick glance at my hair and then she wrote me up a prescription.
