Hi, can scalp massage save my hair for one month?

How aggressive is your hairloss?

Very aggressive, I can see my scalp with slicked back hair

I strongly doubt that you can do much with scalp massages. I would look into dermarollers, and try to use those instead. Though even with those, I doubt that you will be able to do much.

Do you use concealers? I think that a thinning crown can be covered up very well with hair fibers and/or Dermmatch.

I'm just gonna shave and accept baldness

However, it looks to me like you still have lots of hair, so that decision seems a bit drastic.
