Hey I know I’m in the women’s section of this hair loss forum but I feel like I have female pattern hairloss but I don’t really know pls help

Hey I’m a male and 18yrs old and I’ve been suspecting my hair has been thinning for maybe six months but I don’t know and it seems to be only the sides of my head the top of my head doesn’t seem that bad at all I also went to the doctors and she said “ that it was just the way the light hit my hair” any opinions help or not will be muchly appreciated I also don’t really shed like at all

Please check the rubber washers in your shower head or hand-held shower head. I was losing my hair for years and thought it was aging or hormones because I am 51. When I replaced my shower head I found the black rubber washers were degrading and were giving off what looked like black ink. Since I replaced my shower head and got rid of those black rubber washers I am not losing hair like crazy anymore. I would not have ever thought of it if my shower head didn't break, so please check and get rid of the washers.
