It goes like this,

Whenever I Take a shower, I usually have around 10-20 hairs pulled out by the end of my shower( liek when women have hair come out during a shower). I get like 1 or 2 on my hand per hand through run through hair. However, when I asked my dad, he said that is natural because my hair is very long Its past my ears. I also can see a small portion of my scalp at the top of my head, and it has some hairs coming out of it. However, I need haircuts every 3 weeks because my hair constantly is growing, and long. My hair becomes extremely thick after like 2 days of not washing it, but when I shampoo it, it becomes extremely light and bouncy. My hair is wavy and curly, so I really cant tell whats going on. I also do not get any hair on my pillow after I sleep on it. But sometimes like 2 or 3 pieces will just fall randomly.

When I rubbed a white piece of paper on it, I only get 1 piece of hair to come out, after rubbing for 2-3 minutes.

What is up, and What should I do?

Thanks a lot, sorry, but I am becoming extremely paranoid and agitated.

Daily hair loss is part of the hair cycle and your experience is in the normal range. However, if you notice patches of thinning, recession or an overall decline in density, then that's a sign of male pattern baldness.

What do you mean an overall decline in density? Like my hair looks like it 3 or 4 pounds. But i see a small scalp area and a "Part" that connects to it if i move my hair around enough with my hands. so losing like 20-30 hairs a day is normal? even some in the shower?

A decline in density is something you'll recognise when you see it! I think your 'patch' is probably the crown. Take some pics and post them for folks to check.

Loss of 20-30 hairs per day is fine.

If you're only losing 10-20 hairs when constantly running your hands through your hair during showers, I'd say you're quite lucky.

I lose at least three times that...

I put a towel over the shower drain to see how many hairs I lose per shower and I lose one or two by the end.

Although I don't want to make jedimindtricks paranoid (losing 10-20 hairs is no problem, mate) one of the first things I noticed after starting on Propecia was a massive decline in shedding.

Before starting the drug I was losing masses of hair in the shower, on the pillow etc etc. Within two months my shower loss was down to <5, sometimes zero.

Strangely many guys claim the opposite, i.e. the Propecia initially makes them shed.

Pondle, I don't think it means as much as some people think. Even before I started on the drugs, I never noticed more than 20 hairs a day. Obviously I lost more than that, but I don't think the number is as important as some think it is.
