Herts/n.london/beds - Hairdressers For Re-attaching

Hi,

Can anyone recommend a hairdresser who would reattach a hair system that hasn't been purchased via them? I'm based in Hertfordshire but willing to travel? Ideally, if they are able to cut in and colour a system too that would be great.
