I have been on Finpecia/Fincar for about a 1 yeah and a half, and I have seemed to have maintained. I am a Norwood 4-5 and may add minoxidil. Questions are I know the Walmart stuff is 2% is that not enough, and also it seems everyone prefers the foam. Can you just put this stuff on at nite before bed time, and than wash your hair in the morning. Another thing, what about the shedding. I am guessing its different for everyone.

Shedding: never happened to me, and I have regrowth too. Different for everyone.

2%; regrows 2/3 as much as 5%, but not as many responders. Save money: buy 5% and dilute 50/50 with Everclear. Then you have 2.5% for half the price.

Foam: dries in 30 seconds. I love it. But it is best on hair that is 1/2 inch long or shorter.

So what you think, ebay has the rogaine foam a three month supply for about 40 bucks I think. What you mean dilute with Everclear?
