Start with a dosage of 25 mg, one hour before bed. It shouldn't feminize you, but it may increase your endogenous estradiol levels because testosterone won't be able to pass through 5-alpha reductase, which will be occupied by progesterone. Testosterone will slightly aromatize into estradiol as it passes through aromatase. It's best to get a testosterone and estradiol test done before starting treatment so you can monitor your testosterone and estradiol levels after two weeks of progesterone use.

I use 1 mg estradiol gel + 0.5 mg sublingual estrofem. Progesterone should be used in courses because the receptors become accustomed. Sleep becomes shallow and superficial. If you have access to spironolactone cream, you can try it. Share your results.
