ive been here since 2019 trying to get a resolution for this problem and i have tried all. Fuller male FTMs have a high degree of aromatization of testosterone into estradiol due to the fatty tissue that contains aromatase, which helps them maintain their hair. Thin male FTMs will inevitably go bald.

The frontal hairline will gradually recede and the hair density will decrease in the FTM

Today, I've adjusted my regimen slightly: I take 0.5 mg of Estrofem sublingually in the morning and 1.5 mg of Estrogel in the morning, and 6.25 mg of Cyproterone Acetate in the evening. Sublingual administration of Estrofem will give a higher peak, and less of the hormone will pass through the liver.
