Loosing weight too.
Do not exceed a dosage of 25 mg, as increasing the dosage is associated with sleep disturbances and cortisol levels. If the dosage is exceeded, 50 mg may be associated with sleep disturbances and an increase in cortisol in the hormonal system.

I now understand the mechanism for combating androgenic alopecia. You need the highest possible progestogen level to ensure good sleep, but not too high to allow breast growth, and one that can suppress testosterone release at night and in the morning, as well as a morning and daytime estrogen level that will promote hair growth. Progestogen protects hair, androgen destroys scalp hair, and estrogen promotes hair growth. Androgen alopecia is associated with a disruption and predominance of androgen over progestogen.

1. You need to select a working dosage of an antiandrogen (progestogen)—this could be cyproterone acetate or spironolactone. Spironolactone is associated with frequent urination. Cyproterone is associated with increased prolactin and breast growth. Each treatment is individual, and you need to select a dosage that suppresses testosterone, prevents the LH surge at night, and prevents the side effects of breast growth . You'll sleep soundly at night.
2. Gradually increase estrogen levels monthly, allowing your androgenic alopecia to heal.

Androgenetic alopecia in men can be treated with relatively small doses of magnesium B6 (250-350 mg per day) to promote progesterone production and promote stable, deep sleep without nocturnal erections, ensuring that androgens do not exceed progestogens. If androgens exceed progestogens, androgenetic alopecia will develop.

To grow my frontal line from Norwood 1-2 to Norwood 0, I needed 3 mg of estrogel and 2 mg of estrophem. I once took a test, and after 8-9 hours, they showed a level of about 800 pmol. The gels maintain the level very well; perhaps an hour after 1-2 hours of gel application, it was equal to 1000-1200 pmol. Perhaps this time I will need less estrogel per day!

you can have a morning erection with low androgens though like for instance if you really have to pee

For example, I didn't have high testosterone, rather, I had low testosterone, but I still went bald in the androgen zone. It started around age 28.

Testosterone in FTM causes androgenic alopecia.Testosterone builds receptors for itself in cells. Too many testosterone receptors results in androgenic alopecia.
