Only spironolactone can cure androgenic alopecia; its 5 metabolites remain in the blood for 18-36 hours, attach to androgen receptors, and prevent interaction with androgens.

this info is completely worthless without a more detailed description of their regimens. if they were just taking oral estradiol and not using minoxidil and 5ar inhibitors, then of course their results weren’t good
Spironlactone is prescribed to some transgender women so they have a more feminine appearance.

As far as the transgender women I know, they had androgen alopecia hair loss before transitioning, so I think their follicles were
already dead.

Do you know the Bridgeburn story on this forum? I think he proved that hair doesn't die. It just lies dormant until estrogen gives it a signal.

the left corner is filled and the hair that appears is lengthened,My forecast is that in a month it will level out into a flat line.

It is ok think in theories, but scalp hairs around head have not this problem? It is different FokI-ff issue in those areas?
hair follicles do have vdr receptors so if this androgenetic alopecia phenomenon was cured and they explained why exactly it happens I wouldn't be surprised if vdr receptors/ the FokI-ff gene was mentioned!

One things for certain though, Androgens (testosterone and dht) plays a role without a doubt but I don't think it's the main cause as they have led us to believe.

When God created man, he forgot to give him hair that grows on testosterone, like stubble, which grows thanks to androgens.
