the first pictures don't really show the real temple because there was little hairs that I didn't pick up with my hands .. the pictures from the second page are better ...

what do you think ?
iv been using aplecin shampoo for almost a year now .. every 2 days +- ...

do you recommend taking these pills? Propecia or whatever its called?
if I start taking these pills I read somewhere that I will start shedding really really bad before I see results .. is that true?

my age is 21

and i always had kinda of high hairline and temples too ..

and just so you have a perspective of my face and how does it normally look ...

BTW i think i been noticing small hairs growing (or maybe thining? haha) in the front of my head .. i can tell that they not as long as the rest and im not sure 100% but maybe even they weren't there half a year ago ...
the last year before my last post was really stressful for me .. maybe that's the reason?

maybe i should start with rogein ? on the tempels only .. ?

I don't notice any improvement, the hairline looks the same. It's not worse either though so that's good.

yes there isn't any improvement unless you count those little hairs that been growing .. but I'm not sure yet what they are haha
and it didn't changed to the worst either ...
but what do you recommend ?

should i start to use rogien or something stronger?
or just keep using alpecin until it gets worst?

You can try finasteride, minoxidil, and nizoral, but it's much harder to regrow a hairline with those treatments. One thing that I have seen regrow temple hair is a combination of those three meds along with derma rolling, but that usually requires some amount of existing velus hairs at your hairline. Most of the hairs at your hairline are thick terminal hairs, which to me means that you are in no danger of further recession, at least not for the moment.

It looks like you are at a stable Norwood 2, are you sure you want treatment?

how can i know if it start to recede ?
i dont mind staying like this until the age of 30 haha .. what are the chances ? almost everyone in my family start to have a little bit of hair loss by the age of 34 plus .. (by little i mean going norwood 3 and 4 really slowly ...

what do i need to look out for to know when i need treatment ?

i hope my hair will last until i will get married haha (age 24-26)

and i actually ordered 2 derma rollers (0.5mm||0.25mm) 2 weeks ago from ebay .. do you have any tutorial that will help me to use it correctly ?

When you start to recede you will notice your hair in the front start to miniaturize. The hair will be noticeable thinner than the rest of your hair, and it won't grow as long as the rest of your hair. Regular hairlines have a small amount of these, but active hairloss will have more than usual like this.

You can always take the hairloss drugs as a preventive measure. Given your family history, you'll probably lose hair around the same age as your other male relatives. Predicting hairloss is a risky business though, it's far from an exact science.

I don't have any personal experience with dermarollers, but the goal is to increase blood flow by pricking the scalp with tiny needles. I would search Youtube for a video tutorial. There are also several users on this forum who have had success with dermaroller treatment.

I don't see many velus hairs at your hairline, so I do not think you have hairloss right now. Obviously that could change later on in your life, but I think you are okay for now.

And you're welcome.
