Herbal-H: Any experience/feedback?

The claim is that it contains 2% 'herbal minoxidil'. Is there such a thing? They also claim that there are absolutely no side affects. Sounds a bit too good to be true.

So has anyone here tried it or do guys know if this actually works or is it just another scam?
