Help!! :-/

I need some advise from the experts out there. I have been on big 3 for about 2 years now and I am doing ok on all parts of scalp except for the front and temples. I am losing 90% of daily hairs from the frontal hair line and am probably a year away from the dreaded horse shoe of death..
I'm looking to add something to my regimine such as a topical DHT inhibitor. Any suggestions would be greatly appretiated.
